Our traditional chicken balti has been such a success that we decided to give you a vegetarian option. Sweet potatoes and peas replace the chicken, and with it add a mouth watering sweetness to our spicy balti blend. Add in a shortening crust, and this one might convert even the staunchest carnivore.
