When Can I expect my products to arrive?

If you have ordered a kilt please wait 4-6 weeks to receive your order. If you have ordered anything else but a Kilt than your order should arrive within 3-5 business days if in stock.

Note: if you have ordered a Kilt and hose or anything along with the Kilt your order will be shipped all together.

I just received my order and had to pay duties why?

If you live outside of Canada duties and any applicable fees are the responsibility of you the customer and will not be paid by us (Burnett's & Struth Scottish Regalia Ltd.). This is due to laws within your residing country.

Who do you ship with?

We ship with Canada Post and UPS for all orders. We choose the shipping provider that provides you with the lowest costs.  Note: Canada post is only used for customers within Canada.

Which delivery method do you use?

We ship with the standard delivery service to cut costs and ultimately save you money. If you require your purchase sooner please let us know through the comments section on checkout or through the contact us form below.

Note: You will be charged extra if the method of delivery is changed.

What are you shipping rates?

Our shipping rates vary for Canadian customers, Please contact us for a list of our rates. International orders (Including USA) are a flat rate of $24.99.

All items purchased from Burnetts & Struth are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
